February at L’Alcôve

In February, L’Alcôve welcomes two guest artists: Charlotte Pivard and Mathia Pagani.

From the 3rd to the 13th of February, the exhibition “Abstract escape” by Charlotte Pivard is an invitation to travel from abstract to figurative landscapes. An invitation to perceive the reflection of a listening to nature, to be moved by the variations of the light, to feel the fragility of the existence, through lines and bright colours.

On this occasion, Charlotte Pivard invites you to her opening-concert this Thursday, February 3rd from 8pm. On the programme: meetings, discussion, cocktail & jazz concert with the group OZAM Musique.

From 17 February to 6 March, the Milanese exhibition “Error Project” by Mathia Pagani will be coming to Lyon: between painting and augmented reality, visitors will be able to interact with the works. Animated elements will appear unexpectedly and animate the paintings on display, escaping from the NFT universe where they live. The Galerie L’Alcôve will be populated by paintings and graphics but also by virtual presences with a playful reference to the iconography of Lyon.

The artist is organizing an opening on Thursday 17 February from 6pm to 8pm as well as meeting times and Photobooth sessions during her exhibition on Saturday 19, 26 February and Saturday 05 March from 3pm to 5pm.
